We believe that God, the One who has raised Jesus of Nazareth from the dead, has called each of us to partner in the good news that Jesus' resurrection brings to us. By partnering with God, we share in the life of God which brings us great joy and everlasting peace.
We do not deceive ourselves. We know that we are flawed, imperfect humans. We mess up often in life and question why God would choose us as partners.
God does great work in our weakest points. In a dark tomb of death, God raises Jesus from the dead. In the tombs of our lives, God gives birth to a new reality of hope and faith.
God gives each of us unique gifts to be employed in the work of speaking Jesus' good news to the world. God makes us partners in the gospel. God sends us as partners into the world. We invite you to discover with us the partnership that God has set aside for those who belong to a church. We invite you to discover with us the joy of living life in God's spirit. |
