2010-2011 Registration Process:
REGISTRATION AND CLASS ASSIGNMENTS: To begin the registration process, please fill out the registration form and include the registration fee of $90.00. Registration for those currently in the program, their siblings and church members will take place in January. Determining your child’s class assignment is based strictly by the child’s birthday. NO Exceptions. Class groups will be determined once each in-house registration has been processed. The Director will determine the class distributions while keeping in mind our class ratios, which we must adhere to.
TODDLER CLASS ENROLLMENT: Children turning one by November 1st, may enroll in our Toddler class. Children enrolling in our Toddler class must be walking independently by the first day of school.
WAITING LIST: A waiting list is kept for the each school year. Any time an opening comes available, the next child on our waiting list is called. The options will be given at that time and you will be asked to make a choice whether to accept what is available or to remain on the wait list.
TEACHER ASSIGNMENTS: Please keep in mind that the teachers in our program work MWF or TTH or M-F, make your choice of days accordingly, especially if you wish your child to have the same teacher. I know parents would like to know who their child’s teacher is going to be next year. The answer to this question is difficult to answer with any certainty, since many unexpected situations may occur before the school year begins. After the registration process is complete, I will make teacher assignments for next year. Keep in mind that changes pertaining to teacher assignments may occur.
OPEN REGISTRATION: Open registration for our program, including Kindergarten, will take place a week after in-house registration. At this time, all open spots are available on a first come, first serve basis.
TUITION PAYMENT: Our tuition is based on a 10-month plan. It is due by the first of the month and late by the 10th of the month. A late fee is added after the due date if payment has not been received.
Special Classes included for 3s and older:
- Spanish class included in our curriculum are offered to all 3 year olds and older twice a week.
- Chapel takes place once a week. Chapel is scheduled on a rotating weekday basis.
- Computer Lab is included in our curriculum for all 3 year olds and older daily.
